Our construction client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis! This is a great family friendly work environment! In this role you will answer 6 busy phone lines, take messages and transfer calls. Other duties will include filing, administrative duties and projects as assigned. We need candidates with excellent Customer Service skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a temporary role with the possibility of turning into a temp-hire. Duties Include:
*Handle all incoming phone calls
*Process invoices
*Assist office manager with various projects as needed
*Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:
*Previous customer service experience required
*Great organizational skills and attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication
*Dependable and professional

Pay: $13.00-$14.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday
