Public Relations:
Warm, friendly and approachable at all timesPortray confidence in body language and eye contactAnswers phone with ENERGY and takes accurate messagesAssists with 12 hour turn around on solutionsPerforms tours with excitement and heart and follows up on enrollment inquiriesPrepare/Maintain all Parent Information PacketsMaintains all Information BoardsMaintain a crisp working environment in all areasGreet parents and children by name
Staff Training:
Participate in Staff MeetingsSupport & Build Team SpiritProvide guidance & support to staff as neededModel appropriate language usage with childrenMonitor health/safety issues within classroomsMonitor cleanliness in all areasParent Relations:Be a good listenerProvide positive customer serviceMaintain open and positive lines of communication -- avoid gossipNon-bias treatment of staff and parentsGeneral Responsibilities:Take ownership of classrooms when teachers are outSupport all aspects of the center to ensure quality performance standardsMUST have excellent MULTI-TASKING abilitiesMaintain positive energySteps in for the cook as neededProvide required documentation:Maintenance request -- due FridayTraining checklist -- due 1st day of each new employeeAssist with weekly walk-through -- due FridayDaily walk-through check -- fax to the main office dailyWeekly positive note checks -- examples due FridayMaintain/Update children's filesDistributes a.m. and p.m. medicationsMonitor playground health and safetyPurchase supplies
