The Director of Retail Operations is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, in order to guarantee store business goals. He/she represents the company's sales growth by setting procedures aimed at managing store staff and ensuring that the Stores run efficiently.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A. Sales Development and Management
Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for the boutiques
Develop and manage new business development ideas for the boutiques
B. Manages Operational Effectiveness
Lead activities associated with new store launches
Permanent control of inventory movements to achieve a healthy sell out ratio
Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfer and stock adjustment
Management of inventory accuracy and efficiency through warehouse organization and process control in all retail & online stores
C. Improves Business Processes
Streamlining operations, reducing costs, and implementing financial and management technologies to enhance efficiency of brand operations.
Evaluate competitive challenges for brand and identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
D. Team Management and Development
Regional headcount control within budget, including sales staff & supervisor
Lead and motivate each sales team to grow the overall capability for the company's future expansion in the region
Provide leadership, guidance, and management to store staff
E. Customer Service
Supervise the resolution of all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
Be familiar with client, market, and competitors
Provide the highest levels of customer service to support the growth of sales
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills, abilities and experience:

Significant experience in the sale of luxury high-end fashion retail
A minimum of five years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
High sensitivity to customers experience and loyalty
Extensive knowledge of luxury fashion industry
Ability to fluctuate between hands on store sales, people management, and strategic vision
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills are required

Mastering computer skills (Retail Management software, Office, CRM)
