The Israel Conference Sales Manager is a dynamic and creative producer responsible for securing new sponsors and income, executing fundraising programs and events, developing relationships, and expanding The Israel Conference in the business community.
The Israel Conference is the largest business and technology conference outside of Israel that is focused on showcasing the spirit of inventiveness with the companies that do business in Israel.
Our two day event is a fast-paced business conference highlighting forward thinking Israel-facing companies in an environment that lends itself to great discussions and idea generation with innovators and executives from both early-stage and mature companies. It takes place on place on Wednesday October 21, 2015 + Thursday October 22, 2015 in Los Angeles, California at The Skirball.
Sales Manager Responsibilities Include:
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with sponsors and partners to meet business objectives. Ability to close the sale.
Leverage existing business while continually generating new sales.
Create sponsorship opportunities through various business development techniques including prospecting, targeted follow-up and new lead generation.
Deliver organized, structured, and persuasive presentations, using effective written and verbal communication.
Oversee and participate in the execution of major sponsorship programs
Perform other duties or special projects as needed.
Drive: Motivated to meet and exceed production goals and quotas.
Initiative: Seek increased responsibilities and ask for and offer help when needed. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of personalities and leadership styles.
Communication Skills: Clearly and persuasively communicate, including public speaking; listen and seek clarifications; participate in meetings; write clearly and informatively.
Professionalism: Work well in a fast-paced environment; treat others with respect and consideration; accept responsibility for own actions. Understand business implications of decisions, align work with strategic goals, complete administrative tasks and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.
