Now hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for a leading cellular provider!

Our representatives are experts at providing support to our clients through phone, email, and web channels. Through an adept understanding of product features and an ability to to quickly identify solutions, they actively address the needs of every customer.


- Learn and become knowledgeable of client products and services
- Accurately log all interactions via established business processes and tools
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while adjusting to their pace
- Demonstrate an ability to identify solutions based on established policies and procedures
- Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening, and empathy for the customer's situation
- Act with sensitivity in all customer interactions
- Effectively manage length of calls / handle time
- Promote teamwork and company-wide success

Core Competencies:

- Computer proficiency, web navigation skills, and keyboarding skills at a minimum of 35 wpm
- Problem solving, analytical, and data entry skills
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliability and dependability

Qualified candidates must be 18 years or older, pass a criminal background check, have a high school diploma / GED, and have 6+ months of continuous customer service experience.

This position pays $10.50/hr with the opportunity to earn additional monthly income through performance incentives. We offer paid training, an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.
