What we need:
A shining light that will contribute to the success of Experience Momentum by providing customer service that goes above and beyond what is expected.
The successful candidate is able to anticipate customer needs by evaluating customers for cues. They will work to establish positive relationships with co-workers and contribute to a positive team environment. A strong desire to create the best customer experience is essential. High energy is a must for this position.
Highlight of Your Responsibilities:
Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments.
Collect and process payments.
Diligent customer follow-up and follow-through.
Scan, file and maintain patient records in a flawless manner.
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
Obtain all required insurance authorizations, staying up to date on all relevant insurance industry practices and requirements.
Skills and Experience (Basic Requirements):
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, positive, and friendly demeanor that exhibits grace under pressure
Genuinely enjoys people, able to interact with all populations
Ability to model "customer first" mentality at all times
Ability to accept feedback
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
Proficient in MS Office and other software products
Experience in healthcare setting a plus
This position is part time, evenings and Saturday mornings.
