Our Mercedes-Benz Guest Relations/Customer Service Representative is at the forefront of customer service. You will be one of the first workers to greet guests as they arrive. The Guest Relations/Customer Service Representative provides dealership guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. The position is responsible for making sure that guests feel welcome from the moment they step into the dealership until they leave.
Duties:
Create a personalized experience for every one of our guests.
Keep antenna/awareness up for signs of people who are lost, upset, frustrated, etc.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with both staff and guests.
Meet and greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave.
Listen to guest complaints and concerns and direct them to the proper manager for resolution.
Assist receptionist with answering and directing incoming phone calls during down time (although this is not a primary responsibility, this needs to be handled with the same level of attention and care + sincerity as your regular role).
Gain product knowledge of the vehicles and assist with any basic questions our guests may have.
Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
Requirements:
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communications skills; verbal and written.
Highly resourceful and able to work with minimal direction.
Friendly, enthusiastic, dependable and positive demeanor.
High School graduation or equivalent.
Team player.
Great with children.
