Jeans Warehouse, Inc., is seeking an upbeat, talented and experienced HR Director. Jeans Warehouse is 100 % employee owned and offers excellent benefits.
HR Director is responsible for overall duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources department including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, Federal & State Labor law compliance, and manage WC, TDI, FMLA, HFL administration.
Assists Operations team with developing initiatives aligned with company objectives and goals.
Responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources projects to include Training, Wellness, Safety, and Event Planning.
Responsible for all job descriptions to include composition of new positions and regular updates to existing positions.
Assists management in properly and successfully handling personnel related situations and assure timely reporting and documentation of such incidents.
Position requires being able to communicate effectively. Must be able to multi-task, work independently and communicate with Chief Operations Officer on a daily basis.
Administrative Skills -- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Applications -- Word, Excel and Outlook.
