Job Summary:

Looking for experienced Prep, Pizza & Saut Cooks for our Waikiki location. We serve authentic Italian Pizza and Pasta's using fine imported ingredients. Full time positions available.

Job Description:

Our cooks work in a high paced environment. They use high quality ingredients making our dishes from scratch. Our cooks ensure that the highest food quality and presentation standards are met, and exceeded. Cooks set up & stock their stations, maintain a clean working environment, & restock to set the next shift up for success. Our staff must abide by all Food Handling Regulations.


Previous experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
Previous experience on a pizza/salad/saut station
Experienced knife skills, and general culinary knowledge
Ability to multi-task and handle the stress a high volume kitchen can create
Team player with a positive attitude
AM/PM availability preferred

Rate of Pay:
Depending on Experience & Skill level

Dishwasher: $9.00 - $11.00
Breakfast: $11.00-$13.00
Pizza Cooks $11.50-$15.00
Prep Staff $10.00-$12.50
Saut Cooks $12.00-$16.00
