Well established Home Decor Company is seeking an IT Help Desk to join our team.
?Minimum 2-3 years desktop admin experience, windows 2008, 2003 hardware and software troubleshooting
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a team mindset and approach
?Willingness to learn and develop; must be flexible, coachable, and open to other points of view

Job Knowledge:
?Administration of Windows Server 2008, 2003 (Daily updates for DNS and DHCP and monitor Event Viewer for hardware failures).
?Implementing virtualization solutions using Hyper-V.
?Create and deploy Group Policy.
?Firewall administration and monitoring using Sonic Wall TZ 215.
?Microsoft 365 users support.
?Managing Website using HTML, CSS coding.
?Technical Support for Domain Users.
?Create SQL PL queries from scratch based on the requested data.
?Create DB2 tables update jobs for daily data insertion or deletion.
?Helpdesk support for users.
?AS400 Support for users.
?Show room S/W (Exodus) DB tables data preparation, remote support through VPN connections and data upload to DB2 tables.
?Assisting Graphics department with Items importing to the website and catalogue updates (Catalogue query).
?Knowledge of phone system VOIP (Panasonic System)
