We are looking for an individual that will be customer-facing, who will provide day-to-day support to our internal and external clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
This individual should be well versed in IT systems, including Microsoft Servers, firewalls, Office, virtualization, network infrastructure and more. They will provide remote and on-site support to keep our systems fully operational and secure and should be able to work well independently, as well as in a team but posses the desire and ability to become an IT leader.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:
Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V)
Enterprise Antivirus
Cisco IOS and Switch Setup

General Requirements:
2-4 years of demonstrable experience in a Network/Systems/Server Administration role
Valid State Driver's License Required
Flexible Schedule and On-Call Availability
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to receive constructive criticism and make improvements based on that feedback
Understand technical concepts and help others learn
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Service and Team oriented
