The duties for this job include but are not limited to: Opening the office in the morning, answering all incoming calls and taking messages and directing as needed. Responsible for helping walk in customers with computer check-ins and taking payments. The office receives many inquiries via email, phone, and walk-in; the receptionist must delegate these to the appropriate individuals. This position will require entering data in to excel for reporting purposes. To perform these tasks successfully, it is required that the receptionist be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Must have 2 years previous receptionist experience.
Able to handle a multi-line phone system.
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Data entry experience.
Must have excellent multi-tasking skills and able to perform well under pressure.
Must have basic knowledge of computers.
