I have a 4,800 s.f. bay with large office for lease.
The building is located 2 1/2 miles south of St. Cloud, MN just off of HWY 10.
(THIS BAY WILL BE AVAILABLE JANUARY 1ST, 2016.)
The bay is 80 ft. wide and 60 ft. deep; this bay has 3-phase 400 amp power and (2) 125,000 btu sealed combustion hanging heaters. The office has electric base board heaters, (2) bathrooms one in the office and another in the shop area. This is an all steel building with 25' vaulted ceilings. The bay has (2) 12Wx 14H overhead doors and 3 service doors (two in front and the other in the rear of the building).
The building is spray-foam insulated and has 2" of foam under the entire floor. This makes the building very affordable for heating. There are T-8 high bay lights in the bay and on the outside there are 175w LED wall pack lighting for security. The bay has an ADA-standard bathroom.
There is a haz. mat floor drain in the bay.
The building is located on 2.7 acres with outside parking lots.
The main office is about 20" x 50' there are (3) individual offices inside and an A/C box for a slide-in A/C unit (not included; renter supplies own A/C unit themselves)
