We are looking to hire an Office Maven to join our team! Creative Juice is a fun, vibrant, fast growing company located in the Fairlie Poplar district in downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate has a passion for design and wants to grow with us. At Creative Juice we work hard, but play harder! You must be a quick learner and able to think well on your toes.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

You will report to the owner and must stay two steps ahead of this on-the-go CCO. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, an effective communicator and a quick thinker. You'll need to be flexible with your schedule. We're looking for an individual with a passion for working in a start-up company and committed to seeing it grow.

Administrative Responsibilities -- 60%

Answering calls and scheduling owner and team meetings.
Effectively communicating and managing clients' expectations throughout the development process.
Ensuring timely submission of deliverables (individually and from the team).
Client follow-up.
Preparing/submitting/receiving proposals and invoices.
Briefing the Juicers.
Coordinating team activities.
General office administration.

Office Manager Responsibilities -- 30%

Maintaining a neat work-space.
Ordering/tracking/maintaining supplies.
Making recommendations as appropriate to the owner for any office needs (equipment, etc).

Account Manager Responsibilities -- 10%

Maintaining relationship with clients after project completion and offering additional solutions.
Attending off-site marketing events and networking meetings.
Attending on/off-site client meetings, taking notes.

Effective time management, uses initiative to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure.
Interpersonal/relationship building skills.
Good administration/support skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible approach to work.
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team and strong project management skills.

Technical Skills:

Strong in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to use GoToMeeting and schedule client meetings
MailChimp (preferred)
Wordpress (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

3 yrs. relevant experience in an agency or creative environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent preferred.


Work Hours: (Part-Time) M-F 9am-3pm (25 hours a week)
Pay: $18/hr.
