Local Property Management Company is seeking an eager, outgoing applicant to join their team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities included the following:
Answer incoming calls
Data entry - Maintains customer account by updating account information.
Accounts receivable - Maintains financial accounts by processing customer payments, balance daily deposits.
Prepares customer reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Basic Administrative duties include but not limited to scanning, faxing, and filing.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, one year experience in customer service, banking, or administrative assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Detailed-oriented, strong organization skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to learn new software quickly
Professional demeanor with ability to multi-task
Excellent Customer service skills
$12-14/hr. (based on prior experience).
Paid Vacation & Holiday after 90 day probationary period.
