Hitting and Match Play Reps for Tennis Players

If you are looking to get in reps and some match play to prepare for tournament or just want to have some competitive fun on your vacation, I'd be glad use my background and experience to get you to reach your best and enjoy some quality competition.

*Hitting for 60min, 75min, 90min, or 2hr.

LESSONS: If you'd prefer more than just hitting and would like to set up a lesson with as much or little technique instruction as you'd like, I'd be glad to show you a quick effective tennis specific warm-up, and suggest any tennis specific strength and conditioning exercises to get you in the best shape you can be in for tennis, along with completing any desired fundamental hitting drills. Can be a combination of hitting repetitions and strength and conditioning training.

BACKGROUND: PTR Certified Tennis Pro [Adult Development]
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Bachelors in Exercise Science
10+yrs in Personal Training and Strength Conditioning
Curtis High School Assistant Tennis Coach (prior to moving)
3yrs Sprinker Tennis Center Tennis Instructor
Competitive tournament player

ABOUT ME: I'm a strength and conditioning specialist who loves to compete in 4.5 and/or Open tournaments. I'd be glad to pass on what I've learned from the strength and conditioning side of tennis and share the importance of eliminating that missing piece to help a good player become a great player and get ready for tournament play.

I'm very focused on the importance of a complete player who not only can hit the ball well but has strength, endurance, agility, speed, and confidence in their movement, as well as, their shots which comes through repetitive successful hitting.
