Busy IT company Seeking Part-Time office Assistance
The perfect candidate would have experience with Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, Inventory control and Collections.
Primary responsibilities will be assisting office manager with Daily Duties, calling on past due accounts and organizing inventory.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 11:00-3:00 and occasionally working a full day if needed.
