Fast growing, small business currently based in Annapolis and moving to DC in October 2015 seeking an immediate "experienced", full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper. Duties include payroll, A/R, A/P, government reporting, year end, answering phones, order taking, and diversified day-to-day operations. Must be proficient in Quickbooks Contractor, Excel, Word, detail-oriented with strong accounting and computer skills, exceptionally organized, capable of working independently, and a multi-tasker. The right person will have a commitment to excellence, and have the desire to grow with a fast track, green company. Drug testing and background check required.
