Our Washington team consists of 13 BCBAs including two dedicated BCBA-D Clinical Director whose main focus is the support and growth of our clinical staff as well as expanding into other regions
Program Supervisors are also supported by an administrative team that handles all aspects of billing, insurance & liability, recruitment of clients and therapist staff, sales, and management of clients' benefits
Maxim Behavioral Health has a wide array of diverse funding sources which include Tri-West Alliance, Microsoft Premera, AETNA, CIGNA, school districts, and private pay

Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certificate
At least 1 year of experience (in the past 5 years) providing direct instruction to children using applied behavior analysis strategies.
Or completion of master's level university coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (intent to sit for board exam)
3 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum using applied behavior analysis strategies
1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity working with children across the autism spectrum 18 months to 21 years old (willing to hire and train new BCBA/BCaBA graduates)
Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments, and functional behavior assessments
Experience writing positive behavior support plans, behavior intervention plans, behavior change plans, and instructional programs
