Category : Rooms Shares
I have 2 rooms in a house for rent in Scotia NY. We are close to I-890. About 20-25 min from Albany. We have a nice a backyard and off street parking. You would have a choice of either the upstairs room or downstairs at this time. Both rooms will fit either a full or queen sized bed along with a dresser or a king but with not a lot of room left.
We are currently living here with a friend who is moving out to be closer to work. The rooms would be available on the 15th of September.
We would prefer female roommates but if we meet and it feels comfortable we are open to males too. We are not into the party scene. No smokers and no pets. And we are not 420 friendly in the house. We also prefer you don't drink, at least not in excess.
We are asking $550 for each room and that would include utilities, and internet.( And probably cable down the road. As long as both rooms get rented)
The kitchen and bathrooms are shared. There is a full bath upstairs with closet and shelves to store bathroom stuff and a half bath downstairs.
We have a gas stove. And some food would be provided. We would basicly share what's here.
More about me and my husband. Im 27, hes 42, we have a 2 year old daughter and 12 year old dog. My 2 year old is not a pain. She sleeps all night and isn't really load and crazy. And my dog is a lab mix. I've had her since she was almost a year old. She doesn't bark, except one bark if someone knocks at the door. She's sweet and doesn't do much but sleep. My husband works mornings in a warehouse in Amsterdam and currently I'm staying home with our toddler. I clean the house and do some cooking.
If this sounds like somewhere you would like to come see please shoot me an email or text me. I can't always talk on the phone but I can usually get texts out pretty fast.
I can show the rooms between 9 and 4 on weekdays. Which I know is hard for someone who works but we can also try to schedule something at a better time.
Thank you for checking out the add
And I hope to hear from you.
