Two Private Mechanics with a combined 50 years of experience now taking in and caring for customers in San Angelo.
It's 2015. . ... It's time to think differently about Auto Repair.
The problem with most auto repair shops these days is that they lack two things. . .. Vision and Devotion. As private mechanics we have been successful by following some very basic common sense principles. Common sense that seems to be lacking at most auto repair shops, especially the dealers.
Our vision and devotion is apparent in our pledges that we have made to our customers and our community. We pledge to. . ..
-Give back to the community that supports us. We are proud of our town and will do our best to give back by performing charity work, free car care clinics, and community service.
-At all times let decisions be guided by a sincere caring for what is best for our customers and their vehicle. We are always thinking about what course of action will be in the customer's best interest, even if that doesn't necessarily benefit the shop in the short term.
- Prove to the customer the work that is being done and why it is needed. We recognize the problem of dishonest mechanics in the auto repair business and we pledge to WIN our customers trust. We will never just ask a customer to trust us. We enjoy the process of building trust by explaining things in detail and by demonstrating exactly what the problem is and how we will fix it.
-Bend over backwards to take the hassle out of auto repair for our customers. We understand that having a vehicle down for repair/maintenance can cause tremendous hardships to our customer's daily routines. We pledge to do all we can to alleviate this by helping out with rides, loaner cars, making house calls and by working odd hours when needed. But most importantly. . ... just simply getting the job done as soon as possible, even if that means long days turned into long nights.
-Make it a priority to educate others on mechanical knowledge. We love it when a customer is curious about how their car works or is wanting to learn something they can do themselves. We have been in business long enough to notice that an informed customer is a good customer. We are always available for automotive/mechanical questions, even if they are simple. We enjoy other ways of educating people like putting on free car care clinics and we also have quite the following on our Youtube channel where we often upload "How to" videos for the curious do it yourselfer.
Our expertise includes all facets of automotive repair and preventive maintenance. Feel free to call or text anytime to see what we can do for you and we thank you for your consideration.
