Challenge Technology has been helping high-profile commercial and residential clients to diagnose and repair electrical problems since 1983.
We are currently searching for a part-time, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work at our office in Louisville.
The position will start at 20 hours/week (8am-12pm M-F), but there may be opportunity for full-time employment down the line for the right candidate. We hope to find someone that can grow into a larger role in our expanding business.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Interface with vendors and customers regarding order status and shipment
Maintain literature and catalogs for small sales staff
Assist in preparing manuals, submittals, and other documentation involved in the ordering process
Maintain product stock and do some light shipping/receiving (generally a few packages/day at the most)
Help maintain and update customer contacts
Must have previous applicable administrative/office experience
Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background in the electrical/power quality industry or with bookkeeping/accounting a plus
Salary depends on skills and experience.
