This position is supportive in nature and will be working closely with HR and Accounting department in a small office environment.

This is a part time position. The regularly scheduled shift will be from 8am-12pm M-Th However, we will bring you in to work on special assignments each month so a certain amount of additional hours are possible. The ideal candidate will be available on short notice and able to come in for extra hours when others are unable to make it to work.

Our ideal candidate will be fully proficient in QuickBooks and have experience working in fast paced office environments.

Some of the tasks include the following.
assisting in processing AR/AP
processing sales orders
issuing invoices
assisting applicants
data entry
maintaining HRIS Timekeeping System
completing new hire orientations
answering and routing multiple phone lines
and other administrative tasks

The successful applicant will have office/receptionist experience; a desire to learn new things; and the ability to multi-task.

Technical Skills Required: Successful applicants will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point and QuickBooks.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an office environment.

Pay: $15.00 per hour, 16-20 hour per week
