This position will have dual reporting to support both the sales/business development function as well as assisting the president with various duties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated. This is a full time role based in Auburn, WA.
Maintain sales prospect database
Complete internet searches for additional data on sales prospects
Compile daily and weekly drive maps for salesperson
Correspond with management and clients via phone, email and regular mail
Set up and coordinate meetings
Create and modify documents using the Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Greet all persons entering the office and direct them as needed
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Other duties and support as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
At least 2 years of office experience with at least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development assistant role.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products. Prior experience with a CRM a plus.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively while maintaining strong detail orientation
Skilled in presenting yourself in both verbal and written communications with a friendly and outgoing demeanor while remaining tactful and professional.
Able to work independently and organize your own work day
