Well established and growing Security Company has an opening for a Part-Time, Self-Motivated and Detailed Administrative Professional.

This person will be detailed and reliable and will be able to take on various duties including:
-Light bookkeeping with some AR and collections.
-Day to day administrative duties.
-Records and Accounts Management.
-Assist office manager with office administration as needed.
-This position works directly with the Office Manager and President.

Environment: Home Office of the President.

Hours: 16 hours a week (flexible) to start but will grow to more hours.

Requirements: Experience with Quickbooks REQUIRED.
Bookkeeping experience REQUIRED. Collection Experience a PLUS!
Minimum of 2-3 years of Office/Administrative experience REQUIRED
Data Entry experience REQUIRED
Experience with ESC/DESCO or dispatching software- HUGE PLUS
