Stoel Rives LLP has an immediate opening in our Seattle Office for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Business Development Officer. Duties include but are not limited to processing expenses, scheduling meetings, maintaining the department's calendar and coordinating events. Essential qualifications, skills, and abilities include the following:
Excellent technology skills in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong background in Microsoft Excel are required.
The ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid organizational, administrative, and customer service skills as well as the ability to take initiative.
