We are seeking a mature organized efficient individual with excellent communication skills and strong initiative for our real estate construction and development firm. We are stable small firm that has done well and we want a good team player to keep us moving forward. Must be at ease meeting and interacting with people and comfortable assuming various roles in a small business. You must be willing to wear several hats at the same time, be a self starter and not afraid to ask questions.
Position is part time and office is based in Silverdale. Flexible hours with room to grow.

Qualifications-
College grad preferred but not required.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good typing and computer skills
Personable, well organized self motivated and a problem solver

Pluses but not critical:
Title escrow, sales, mortgage, real estate sales or construction management background
Marketing, web and social media experience
Sales, marketing or business development skills a plus,
Interest in a long term position

Tasks- Phone, filing, data base entry updates, managing direct mailers, ad copy, coding vendor invoices, meet weekly with outside bookkeeper, set appointments, update schedules. Business development meetings with principals.

This could be a good fit for a mom re-entering the workforce. We are family friendly flexible environment but at the same time committed to running a very successful small business with lots of room to grow. We are a firm believer in hiring for attitude and training for skills.
