Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Perform all repairs and services with integrity and 100% accuracy. (Done right the first time)
2.Competent in diagnosing any and all systems and repairing any product sold in the dealership.
3.Ability to maintain all certifications current for all OEM's sold within dealership.
4. Perform and attend all trainings for new unit updates at an acceptable rate.
5.Beat or meet "Flat rate" labor times set by the OEM for all work performed.
6.Log "Complaint-Cause-Correction" in Repair Order and follow Repair order process while inputting all parts, data and notes into Repair Order.
7.Offer "Additional Service Requested" items found on units while performing requested service work.
1.Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole
2.Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
3.Keep the work area and department clean at all times.
4.Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
