A leading manufacturer of electronic message centers has an immediate opening for a Tier 1 Technician.
The position requires that the candidate have the following:
One year of call center or customer service experience
At least one IT or Electronic industry certification ( some college IT course acceptable)
Experience with Microsoft Windows platform
Experience with Local Area Networks
Excellent phone demeanor
Superb written and spoken Spanish
The candidate's ultimate responsibilities include:
Typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. 8am to 5 pm.
Occasional "on-call" status on weekends and evenings.
Occasional field service trips within the United States.
Resolving technical problems over the phone, e-mail, and live chat.
Occasional work on factory production floor.
Composing QA reports.
The position is in a high stress, high call volume call center. The candidate must be able to multi-task from multiple input sources.
