Leading Fresh Produce Company servicing National Grocery Retail and Food Service markets is seeking a Walmart National Accounts Customer Service Specialist with strong EDI and RetailLink experience.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for Maintaining and Managing Walmart and other National Account EDI Portals
Must have RetailLink and Walmart Experience
Communicating with National Account Customers, primarily Walmart directly via Telephone and E-mail
Checking and Double Checking that customer submitted pricing and quantities match what is in our system
Ensuring that all customer orders are received and entered into the system on time
Monitoring customer orders to be sure they are processed, shipped, and delivered on time
Following up with our Distribution Centers to ensure product availability as needed
Handling customer complaints and disputes appropriately and with a professional demeanor
Recommending process improvements to management as needed in order to better service the customer
Submitting credit requests from customers into our Credit Portal
Participate in Holiday Planning and support the entire organization as needed
Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, including sales, production, transportation and finance
Additional Ad-Hoc Responsibilities as needed

Education and Experience
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Associates/Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
2+ Years of Customer Service Experience (Fresh Produce industry a huge plus)
1+ Years of National Accounts Experience (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Safeway, etc..)
Experience with one or more the following platforms:
oRetailLink
oFoodLink
oiTrade
Strong Microsoft Office Skills required, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual Spanish/English skills a benefit but not a requirement
