Construction equipment dealer in Ontario is currently seeking a secretary/clerk for our Parts Department. The duties in the office will require basic clerical skills like filing, faxing, also processing invoices for payment for the accounting department, billing customers, processing customers' credit cards for payment of invoices. We have a high volume of parts coming in the inventory, therefore attention to detail is a must. The purchase orders processed and ready to be submitted to the accounting department have to be verified and matched with the packing slip. Computer knowledge required.
The ideal candidate will have to pass a background check, including credit check and drug test.
