Busy business office looking to fill a key position for an experienced office professional and will start immediately.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, business casual office.

Requirements:

* Self-starter with the ability to work alone and with others; while staying on task
* QuickBooks Experience a MUST
* Microsoft Office Experience (emphasis on Excel and Word)
* At least 5 years experience working in an office environment
* Construction background highly desired
* Daily Billing and Collections
* Light Payable entry
* Ability to compose letters and miscellaneous correspondence
* Ability to type at least 40 wpm
* Answer multi-line phone system
* Various duties as assigned / needed
* Multi-Tasking
* Problem Solving
* Customer Service
* Stable Work History
* Organization & ability to accurately file
* Mass emailing using Outlook
