I am looking for either a small place for just me or a large place for people to share a safe chemical fragrance free place to live and telecommute from a wired internet and landline connection. I have MCS/EMF sensitivity and use no fragrance, WiFi, cordless, or cell phones in the home. I want my cell phone to be demoted to an emergency car phone. I am a good driver, and I need a place to live. I am Christian, female, straight, 50s, veteran, grad degree with an aeronautical science background. I wish to telecommute via wired internet/landline connection. I love classical music and playing scrabble.
I am a health-conscious woman looking for a home to rent, share, or room to rent in a clean, orderly, and quiet home in a quiet neighborhood or out in the country, in Clark (preferred), Multnomah, Washington, or Clackamas county. If the place is right, I could contribute up to $800 monthly toward the rent. It would help to start with utilities included. I am quiet, clean, drug, alcohol, and smoke free. I have no pets. I have clean rental history along with more recent local housesitting references. I am a veteran, (former combat engineer/air traffic controller) and rent will be paid by the VA for the first several months, so no "under the table" rent exchange proposals please.
I am ok with natural good things like flowers, trees, some pets, organic stuff, etc, but I do need a home with healthy air and no radon gas. As much as possible, I avoid mold, mildew, dust, and volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), such as formaldehyde, perfume, fragrance, particle board, some types of carpet, and some types of furniture. As much as possible, I use only unscented, non-toxic products, with a few exceptions such as bleach if needed for mold or mildew control and essential oils for healing. I need access to chemical fragrance free laundry machines or hook-ups for my own machines.
I am also looking for a technologically old fashioned home in order to concentrate on detailed work during the day, as well as achieve deep REM sleep at night. I try to stay as far way as possible from smart meters, WIFI and WIFI-seeking devices, wireless mouse and keyboard, cell phones, cordless phones, baby monitors, cell phone towers and major power lines. If you use these things in the home, or if the cell phone tower or major power lines are very close by, I would not want to live there.
I need a quiet space without a lot of noise that my earplugs can't handle and with access to wired landline phone and wired internet connection for work. I have a graduate degree and will be doing online work at home. I am down to earth and more on the introversion side personality wise. I am a Seventh Day Sabbath-keeper and do not do business from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Please contact me or forward my info if you or someone you know may have a good match for housing.
