Panel Assembler/Installer at Corcoran Glass & Paint are responsible for the assembly and installation of panels on commercial projects in a team setting. Members of the panel team must be motivated, team oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings or specifications
Accurately read, understand, and demonstrate how to use a tape measure on materials used daily
Operate basic hand and power tools such as miter saw, grinder, levels
Install panels, plumb and in the right location.
Run caulk lines that are smooth, straight and free of defects.
Know and understand ACM panel installation to include extrusion, trim and panel
Know and understand ACM panel repair and replacement techniques
Load materials onto company vehicles.
Prepare and plan materials for following day's work when returning to work upon completing a shift.
Maintain a safe and clean worksite.
Perform additional duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
2+ years experience in one or more of the following: framing, glazing, general construction, panel installation
Experience in hanging ACM paneling desired but not required
Knowledge of general construction, including the ability to read a tape measure
Possess a high attention to detail
Demonstrate initiative to identify what needs to be done and do it before being asked or required by the situation
Ability to work individually and a team environment
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to work at various heights; projects may be completed using boom or scissors lifts
Willingness to travel; some of projects may require travel with overnight stays
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities
Must have transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50 pounds
