We are looking for a Customer Success/Account Manager who will have meaningful impact on the success of both us, and our customers. As a core member of our 7 person team, you will be a key point of contact for our customers helping them to use our platform successfully, while building out and developing a scalable customer success engine.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is a strong communicator, is motivated to manage customers from initial product experience through full deployment, and can work with our team to develop scalable and efficient processes as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities will include ramping up and providing support for our existing customers, collecting customer feedback and working with product and engineering to drive continuous improvement, educating customers on new features and releases, working with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption, and developing programs and strategies to automate and streamline these activities.
