Home Title, Inc. is currently seeking a top notch professional Customer Service Specialist for a full time position in our Eden Prairie location. This position offers support to internal staff along with lenders, sales executives and their clients by fielding title and closing requests, general questions pertaining to title production, assisting with title claims and order processing. Title knowledge, reliability and a get-the-job-done working philosophy is needed. Customer satisfaction skills must be exemplary!

The right person must be able to work independently yet be a team player from start to finish, with the willingness to help out co-workers no matter the task at hand. Someone with the ambition and drive to learn more about our business, be open to cross training in different aspects of production and proactive in work ethic. A clear understanding of the importance of the relationships that exist between RE/MAX Results Sales Executives and Home Title closers and assistants is imperative. Reliability and accountability are key. Ability to work overtime when requested is required.

Primary responsibilities:
Assist customers (including but not limited to sales executives, lenders, buyers, sellers, closers and assistants) with general questions and requests pertaining to title insurance in an expedited fashion
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
Assist with new order processing
Gather information pertaining to underwriter claims for title examiners and/or management
Create and provide Closing Protection Letters upon request
Offer support to other departments and co-workers when needs arise
Order office supplies for the Production Department

Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
Professional and clear phone etiquette
STRONG sense of urgency and problem solving skills
GREAT attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Top notch organizational skills & excellent verbal and written communication
Working knowledge of operating standard office equipment and systems
Title or real estate background STRONGLY preferred
Knowledge of Softpro and Greenfolders is preferred but not required
