Well established and growing company is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with superb verbal and written communications skills to join our team as an Office Specialist! In this role, you will learn all aspects of our "front office" including:
Marketing support
Website support
Payment processing
Purchasing support
Customer service; Order processing
Customer invoicing
Electronic document management
Accounts payable

We are looking for "top-talent" -- someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and looking for a career, not just a job. We are a wholesale supplier to a customer base that spans the country. Position qualifies for full benefits including medical and dental, paid holidays, paid time off and 401k with company match.

Hours approx. 30 per week (can be somewhat flexible):
Monday -- Thursday 10:00 -- 5:00
Friday 10:00 -- 3:00

Qualifications Include:
High school degree
Associates degree preferred
Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
Basic mathematical/accounting skills
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Must pass a background and drug test
