Office Administrative Assistant wanted in Villa Park to provide administrative support for an accounting office and professional business services center.
Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, organized, personable and able to work collectively and independently with minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities include general office (scheduling appointments, answering phones, data entry etc.), client records management, and general housekeeping.
Other responsibilities may include development of marketing and promotional materials, mailing list management, and client file management.
- Computer competent, MS Word, MS Excel
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Excellent communication and people skills
-Must have evening and some weekend availability
20 to 30 hours/week, additional hours possible.
