Patriot Subaru is looking for people who excel at customer service. Women and men, college preferred. Hospitality industry experience is ideal. You'll need to study and learn our benefits to be able to effectively communicate them to customers. Your job is to see that the customer's needs are handled in a warm, positive, and attentive manner. You'll need to follow up on promises and timelines with great attention to detail. Treat the customer with respect and appreciation, and make their experience at the store the best possible. You should be comfortable using tablets and mobile phones, and can engage in social media. We're looking for the right people who have the right attitude, and we'll find the right fit for you in one of several customer service representative positions.
