THE POSITION:

Buildout is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to keep our office in order. This person will have to wear a lot of hats and will have a lot of responsibilities. The position is full time, salaried, and provides full medical and dental benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Overall comfortability with basic tech and a willingness to learn
Task-driven and detail-oriented worker

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing basic accounting
Handling vendors
Ordering supplies
Coordinating daily lunches
Watering plants
Keeping office tidy (not cleaning)
Managing files
Answering phone and door
Printing and scanning
Handling mail and deliveries
