All Tile, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of building materials. Founded in 1948, we currently supply many lines of building materials to clients throughout 13 states in the North Central region of the country. As a distributor, we strive to bring our customers the highest quality service and products available in our industry.
We are looking for a Full Time Accounting Clerk for our busy Elk Grove office.
Reports To: The Credit Manager
The responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk include, but are not limited to:
1.Assisting the Accounts Receivable Dept. with billing.
2.Processing Supplier Rebates.
3.Additional responsibilities will be added as needed.
Minimum 2 years work experience in similar administrative support role.
Must have at minimum a high school diploma. An associates or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing & entering data.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills are a must.
Must be dependable.
Must have the ability to work well with others.
