Immediate Opening for a Business Development Position with Quality Dealerships Service.

In this position you will have primary contact with our parts and service customers and will assist them in the day to day needs for services provided by Quality. You don't have to know about cars, you have to know about people and how they want to be treated. You will work to facilitate customer's daily needs and to make sure they are handled correctly and satisfied with us both before and after their service or parts visit.
This job involves face to face, telephone and E-mail handling of Customer contacts. It is a priority for our team to provide the best customer service and professionalism. We strive to build and maintain quality customer relationships. Your smile in person and on the phone will set the tone for their visit here at the dealership.

Essential Job Duties:
* Act as the primary interface with the customer by establishing rapport and building confidence in Quality.
* Reinforce to customer that we service what we sell and solicit their opinions and suggestion
* Receive inbound calls and E-mails from our customers and process these requests accordingly.
* Make outbound calls and E-mails to new and existing customer as instructed by management to promote programs, gather information and maintain relationships.
* Troubleshoot potential problems and rectify existing problems.

You Need to Have:
High school degree or equivalent; plus one to three years of customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated professional demeanor along with a upbeat, proactive approach to servicing the customer.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills.
Proven ability to pay attention to detail, in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays, or unexpected events.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Strong personal computer skills to include, but not limited to MS Office and other common software applications
Ability to work well under pressure or tight deadline
