Top Real estate Agent and Developer is seeking a full time mutli-tasker:

MLS experience is preferred. Answer phone calls, respond to emails in a timely manner, following up on submitted contracts, scheduling appointments, preparing and submitting contracts, keeping track of closing dates, searching for properties and preparing leases. Realtor/Developer will require personal work done as well, which may be outside of office (Example meet with Contractors, collect rents, video properties being rehabbed, meet with clients)

My idea person should be bi-lingual in Spanish or French. Have worked in the Real Estate and / or Construction business, video editing experience, extremely computer friendly, easy to train, works in a fast pace environment, have a drivers license.
