T.H.E. Management Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Belmont office. This position will be responsible for administrative and clerical duties for the business. The Administrative Assistant will assist the company's Managing Broker in business development efforts, as well as organizational duties around the office, along with administrative support. Duties Include: Generating monthly mailers, updating the office calendar, scanning and filing documents, and assisting Managing Broker with clerical/administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements:
-B.A. or college student (preferably Business major) in the process of receiving his/her B.A
-Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist (at least one year of experience but not mandatory)

Nuts and Bolts:
-Monday through Friday
-Part time, flexible work hours, but must have daytime availability (our office is open 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
-College Credit and Internship Available
