We are currently in search of a dynamic self-starter who will be responsible for the delivery of established Girl Scout program to small groups of middle-school aged girls throughout schools in Broward County, specifically in Lauderdale Lakes and Margate. The objective of this program is to provide a positive atmosphere for growth in which girls will effectively learn to develop their abilities as individuals and as group members through the Girl Scout program.

Who are we seeking?
A candidate who has the knowledge, skills and enthusiasm towards working with girls.
A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work a flexible schedule.
A candidate with demonstrated knowledge in working with computers, and reporting functions.
A candidate who has the ability to travel to a variety of locations within our jurisdiction; ability to provide their own transportation, and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Someone who is passionate about the Girl Scout Mission, Promise and Law.

What else will you need?
An Associates Degree in Human Services or related field.
Or, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in working with youth groups.

What will you get?
We are an energetic group that works really hard, but we also have lots of fun! This individual on average will be responsible for up to 10 hours per week, combining the classroom facilitation and office work. The days of the week have yet to be determined by the schools we offer this program to, so the candidate should have availability Monday -- Friday during the school day.

A Level 2 background screen will be conducted, along with three (3) professional references who can attest to previous relevant experience.
