The Farmhouse Tap & Grill is looking a Full Time Manager to join our superlative front of house team.
We are looking for restaurant career minded candidates, seeking opportunity for growth and development.
-Leading FOH team by: maintaining service standards, fostering product knowledge and professional development, cultivating an environment of positivity and teamwork with a strong focus on exceptional guest service.
- Oversight of daily operations, key-holder, opener/closer
-cash handling/reconciliation, daily bookkeeping
-active/hands-on participation in service during meal periods .
-collaborate on special events, marketing, and social media management
-oversight of staff training
- 2+ years experience restaurant management required
-fine-dining and high volume experience preferred
- weekend and holiday availability required
