We are seeking an energetic / creative / talented chef to lead our culinary team.

Full Time / Year Round management position

The ideal applicant will have

- Culinary Degree
- Three + years of kitchen management for a high volume restaurant
- Three + years of banquet experience
- Must be 100% committed to guests satisfaction

Job Description: The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef will be responsible for all product ordering, menu creation and planning, managing and controlling food cost and ensuring all food safety guidelines are being met. The Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef should be able to supervise teammate's activities, work together with vendors and ensure the integrity of the restaurant and the quality and consistency of the food.
