Currently looking for front office receptionist responsible for greeting clients, dealing with all inquiries on the phone as well as face to face. Relay calls to the appropriate person/department. Excellent skills required in: customer service, organization, written & verbal communication, judgement and proficient with Windows based PCs.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Answer our multi-line telephone system, screen, direct calls, relay messages
* Provide information to callers
* Greet persons entering the facility
* Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the facility & organization
* Provide support to Administrative team with calls and mailers
* Prepare correspondence and documents
* Receive and sort mail and deliveries
* Schedule appointments, assist in organizing and preparation for conferences, meetings and conference calls
* Monitor and maintain office equipment
* Control inventory relevant to reception area
* Maintain an organized reception area
