Customer Service/Data Entry Duties:
Answer phones, direct calls and acts as a primary point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, ordering, etc.
Enter orders in database; process payments; print invoices and shipping labels.
Communication with production and shipping associates on work load and upcoming events that will impact work flow.
Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.
Monitor website for online orders and process accordingly.
Fulfill retail orders.
Assist with backup duties of shipping associate
Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
Compile, Copy, sort and file records of office activities.
Operate offi ce machines; photocopiers, scanners, fax, voice mail systems and personal computers.
Communication skills -- Written and verbal.
