We are Hawaii's premier Custom Jewelry Designer and Manufacturer with thousands of happy customers and beautiful pieces made since 1986. The quality of our work is one of the finest in the nation.

We use diamond melee with the finest proportions cut by one of the top diamond manufacturers in the World. The melee from this manufacturer is known for its brilliance and are found in jewelry pieces sold by famous diamond houses in Europe, Asia and the U.S.

Our manufacturing jewelers are among the best in the nation as their casting, finishing and setting skills are unsurpassed. The channel setting is clean; the pave setting is brilliant. Boutique jewelers in Beverly Hills, Fifth Avenue and other areas throughout the country use this manufacturer because their work is perfect. Our pieces are usually a much higher and better quality than those of the heavily advertised brands.

The "Ring of Your Dreams" really can be yours - designed and crafted with your input and your sense of style. You can fit your choice of style to your budget by determining the quality and size of the diamond melee; by determining the metal for the ring (14K, 18K, palladium, platinum or silver).

There are many jewelry retailers in Hawaii that have recently begun providing custom made jewelry to their customers. If you visit these companies then be aware of the following problems that others have encountered:

Watch out for:

-Porosity: Porosity can appear like little holes in your ring. Sometimes the tiny holes are small openings to large tunnels within the ring. Rings with large tunnels have been known to collapse when heated with a torch.

-Inconsistent diamond melee quality. We have seen mixtures of clarity, color and cut proportions in the same ring. We have also seen mixture of cuts (full cuts and single cuts) in the same ring. These mixtures have resulted in rings that look uneven, dark on one side and light on the other and has overall dullness to the appearance.

-Poorly cut melee. You want diamond melee that are not deep or shallow cuts and with tables that are not too wide and not too narrow. Again, the poorly cut stones do not sparkle. The ring will look dead or flat with no life.

-Melee set at different angles and at different heights. This will take away from the total shimmer and sparkle of the ring.

-Unpolished and unfinished prongs. Besides looking dull, the unfinished prongs may catch on clothing or your hair.

-Prongs that are too thin at the top. (Many jewelers thin out the prongs for aesthetic purposes, but too thin prongs will break off in a short period of time.

-Prongs that are too short. Sometimes when a ring has lots of tiny diamonds, the prongs are made short for aesthetic purposes. We came across a ring where the small diamonds were falling out because they were not properly covered by the prongs.

-Prongs that do not touch the stone that it is supposed to hold. Some jewelers are afraid to crack the diamond and leave the prong floating.

-Wavy channels on a channel set ring. The edges should be straight and clean.

-Incomplete casting. We have seen incomplete and poor casting of the "seats" under the diamond melee. We have seen rings so poorly cast that they crumbled or collapsed when it was repaired.

-Poor finish and polish in the seat areas and lattice work of some rings.
